Rates: All Rates in US$

Nemberala Beach Resort charges a nightly rate based, but standard check-in and check-out times do not necessary apply. All pre-booked passengers will arrive and depart based on the current ferry schedule times from Kupang. For any "walk up" business standard check-in is 2:00pm and standard check-out is 10:00am.

Prices are quoted as twin/double or single willing to share with one other. The "Single/Share" rate allows people travelling alone (or in odd number groups) the lower "Twin" rate and be roomed with one other person, not being forced to pay based on "Single" occupancy.

Rates Include: 3+ hearty & healthy meals per day, accommodations, water, tea, coffee, unlimited surf transfers to local breaks, use of kayak, mountain bicycles, snorkeling equipment, and all resort facilities (swimming pool, ping pong, pool, horse shoes, chipping range).

Twin/Double/Single Share:
Surfer: $175 per person per night.
Non Surfer: $160 per person per night

Single:
Surfer: $250
Non Surfer: $225

Children over 12 pay full adult rate
Child 6-12 sharing with two adults pay $15 per day.
Child 5 and under sharing with two adults free of charge
Minimum Reservation: 5 nights

Surf Transfers — Island Excursions — Fishing
The resort currently has 3 boats available for various types of surf transfers, island excursions and fishing. The smallest 11’ is utilized for local transfers only included in the daily rate. The two 19’ w/ twin 60hp are used for extended surf transfers, island excursions, snorkeling and fishing trips. Their first prior is always surfing; island excursions and fishing trips will be scheduled for small groups.

Surf transfers: Included in Surfer Rate
Island Excursions/snorkeling: $20 per person per trip including driver/guide and equipment.
Fishing: $75 per hour for the boat, equipment and tackle, maximum 4 fisherman

Pre/Post Nights in Kupang, Domestic Air and Transfers

Nemberala Beach Resort’s remoteness is part of what makes it such a special place, but unfortunately mandates some logistics for travel and transfers. Standard packages will include travel round trip from Bali, a pre &/or post night in Kupang W. Timor, a two hour high speed luxury ferry to Rote, and a two hour private van transfer across Rote to Nemberala Beach Resort. Additional travel cost breakdown as follows:

GETTING THERE
Nemberala Beach Resort’s remoteness is part of what makes it such a special place, but unfortunately mandates some logistics for travel and transfers. Standard packages will begin in Bali and include round trip air travel between Bali and W. Timor, a pre and/or post night in Kupang, West Timor, a two hour high speed luxury ferry from W. Timor to Rote, and a two hour private transfer across Rote to NBR. Approximate additional travel cost break down as follows:

Sasando Hotel Kupang $55 per room per night
Transfer: Airport/Sasando Hotel/Ferry/Ferry Ticket/NBR $80 Single Passenger
Transfer: Airport/Sasando Hotel/Ferry/Ferry Ticket/NBR $55 per person 2-6 Passengers
Transfer: Airport/Sasando Hotel/Ferry/Ferry Ticket/NBR $50 per person 7+ Passengers
Pre/Post nights in Bali with airport transfers $30 - $100 per person double occupancy
